Information we collect

When you request an audit or send a question, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company size, current tools, and message.

Our hosting provider may process basic technical records needed to operate and secure the site, such as request timestamps, IP addresses, browser information, and error logs.

Google Analytics is disabled by default. If you allow analytics, Google may set first-party analytics cookies and process usage information such as visited pages, approximate location, device information, and interaction events.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, prepare for an audit, provide requested services, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not add audit inquiries to a newsletter unless the person separately asks to subscribe.

When analytics consent is granted, aggregated usage information helps us understand which pages and calls to action are useful. Analytics is not used for cross-site advertising on this website.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, lead delivery, scheduling, communications, security, and optional analytics. These providers receive only the information needed for their function and may process it outside British Columbia or Canada, depending on the services configured for this site.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the site or its users, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and safeguards

Inquiry records are reviewed at least annually and are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed to respond, provide services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, secret management, minimal collection, and service-provider review appropriate to the nature of the information and the configured deployment. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can decline analytics and still use the site. You can reopen cookie settings below to change or withdraw analytics consent. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics events from this site and attempts to remove its first-party Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
